Itinerary
Day 0: Airport/Tourist bus park
Airport/Tourist bus park picks up on arrival and transfers to the hotel, short arrival info and trip plan at the office.
Day 1: Pokhara to Tadapani village(2640m) via Ghandruk Village(1950m) 6 hrs, including lunch break.
After breakfast from the hotel, we start our journey at 8 am, west of Pokhara, to Kemche village (1,640m) via Nayapul town, by jeep 2 and half hrs drive, and head towards the beautiful Ghandruk village. We have our first view of Annapurna South (7,219m), Hiun Chuli(6,434m), Fishtail peak(6,997m), Aannapurna III(7,555m) and the Mardi Himal(5,578m). After lunch break, we ascends hike up to Tadapani through the dense forest of oak, rhododendron and maple.
The small village located on a hill top surrounded by rhododendron forest, and where we have a super closer view of Annapurna South(7,219m), Machhapuchhre(6,997m), Hiun Chuli(6,434m), Annapurna III(7,555M), Annapurna IV(7,525m) and Annapurna II(7,937m). Tadapani is also famous for Sunset and Sunrise. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 2: Tadapani to Dobato(3,460m) 5 hrs, including lunch break.
After breakfast the trail takes us gradually uphill through the rhododendron and magnolia forest, with small bushes and wild orchids. After a two hour hike we reach falling trees land, which is broken by the winter snow and wind, and after a further up we take snacks break in the little meadow with a stream. And continue to gently upward through clumps of bamboo forest before reaching Dobato. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 3: Mulde Peak View Point(3,637m) then Trek to Khopra Ridge(3,650m),6 hrs, including lunch break.
To observe one of the highlights of this trek we head early in the morning for Mulde View Point, takes about 30 minutes climb above Dobato brings us to the most Amazing 360 views of Mt Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurnas Range, Machhapuchhre, Manasulu (8,163m), Ganesh Himal range and many more, with the beautiful sunrise. It is one of the world’s best scenic points. After breakfast, from Dobato we head to the trail that leads us to Chhistibang through forest and grassland, to the west offers fantastic views of the Kali Gandaki Valley and Massif of Dhaulagiri mountain. The route then leads us upwards to Bayeli at 3,432m), then the trail from here takes us gradually downhill to the lunch spot. After lunch break, we climb uphill to Khopra ridge, It is incredibly beautiful surrounded by Massif Dhaulagiri mountains, Nilgiri peak and Annapurnas range. Overnight at the Basic local teahouse.
Day 4: Excursion day to Khayer Lake(4,650m) and Chhistibang(3,100m)7 hrs, with packed lunch.
Today’s hike is the longest. After breakfast we head north climbing upwards across high pastures with wilderness. We continue along the trail passing through streams, resting points and shepherd huts. As we approach the sacred Khayar Lake of Goddess Khayer Barahi, a place of pilgrimage with its lone stone piled temple. We have breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South and Annapurna Fang, Machhapuchhre. After exploring the place we retrace our steps back to Khopra ridge and descend downhill to Chhistibang. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 5: Chhistibang to Ghorepani(2,850m) via Swanta village(2,214m) 6 hrs, including lunch break.
After breakfast with wonderful memories we head zigzag downhill passing through the dense forest of rhododendron and oak, then we arrive at Swanta village, it is a big village surrounded by never ending terrace farms. After lunch break we head bit of descent and ascent to Ghorepani village. Where we have great facilities in the lodge with hot showers with clean warm rooms and delicious foods. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 6: Ghorepani to Mohare Danda(3,320m) via Poon Hill(3,210m) 4 hrs, lunch camp.
After breakfast we start our day with an initial ascent hike up to Poon Hill, where we have Panoramic views of Dhaulagiri mountains, Nilgiri range, Annapurna’s range and Machhapuchhre. It is also one of the world’s best view points, very famous for sunrises, many of trekkers come here to explore the sunrise view. After exploring the view, the trail descends gradually to Mohare danda through a dense forest of rhododendrons, before arriving at our destination we hike a little uphill and we arrive. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 7: Mohare danda to Hile Village(1,430m) 6 hrs, including lunch break.
Wake up early in the morning for another Spectacular view of Massif Dhaulagiri mountains, Massif Annapurna’s range and Machhapuchhre peak and many more. It is also the best view point to see the sunrise. After enjoying the impressive moment we take the breakfast. The trail descends steeply through the enchanting dense forest of rhododendron, maple and oak and we arrive at Ulleri village(1,950m). After lunch break, we continue the descent zigzag downhill and cross the suspension bridge then we arrive at Heli village. Overnight at the local teahouse.
Day 8: Hile to Pokhara(820m) 3 hrs drive by jeep.
After breakfast with fantastic memories we head to Pokhara by private jeep via Nayapul (1,070m) and beautiful villages. Lunch will be taken in Pokhara, and after lunch we will drop you off at your hotel.
