Overview about Mera Peak

The Mera Peak Climbing Expedition is a 14 day adventure that offers a unique blend of trekking through the vibrant landscapes of the Khumbu region and mountaineering to reach the summit of Mera Peak. Starting from Lukla, you’ll journey through dense forests, charming villages, and stunning valleys. The climb to Mera Peak involves technical skills, snow and ice travel, and a challenging ascent. Standing atop Mera Peak rewards you with panoramic views of five of the world’s tallest mountains, including Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and Kanchenjunga.

Itinerary

Day 0: Arrival in Kathmandu

Airport picks up on arrival and transfers to the hotel, short arrival info.. and prepare for the forthcoming adventure. 

Day 1: Fly to Lukla, Trek to Paiya

Fly to Lukla and begin trekking to Paiya, a charming village in the Khumbu region.

Day 2: Trek to Panggom, passing through dense forests and Sherpa settlements.

Day 3: Trek to Nashing Dingma

Continue the trek to Nashing Dingma, enjoying the scenic landscapes.

Day 4: Trek to Chhatra Khola

Day 6: Trek to Thangnak

Day 8: Trek to Khare

What‘s included

    Peak permits, National Park entrance fee and Trekkers’ Information Management System( TIMS card).
    A highly experience, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, English speaking, well-trained, Government license holding guide. Price includes his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport and insurance.
    02 guest to 01 porter (Max weight limit for a porter- 20 kg (10 kg per trekker, weight limit).) with their insurance, salary, food, accommodation and equipment.
    We provide an assistant guide his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport and insurance walking with group to support where necessary as per the group size.
    Accommodation in the mountain during the trekking.
    Three meals a day; breakfast, lunch and dinner and tea/coffee during the trekking.
